Micro Service Floral Design

All the vibes, but a fraction of the size. This is best for elopements, engagement parties, showers, and other small events where you want one or two key floral arrangements to steal the show.

Each floral design proposal is customized to you. However, on average, our couples hosting 75 – 100 guests spend $3,500+, our couples hosting 100 – 150 guests spend $4,500 – $6,500, and our couples hosting 150 or more guests spend $6,000+.

I love flowers and gardening, so I really didn’t want your average floral arrangements for my wedding. I was looking for a florist who stands out and who will wow people when they walk in the door. Eclectic Blooms delivered that.

Our Process

1. Reach Out

Cue the confetti — you’ve made the first move! We need to get a few basic details off the bat, like when you expect the big day to be, how many guests you’re inviting, what colors you love, and how much you’re hoping to spend. We never want to waste your time, so I’ll let you know if the florals you’re hoping for are out of your financial comfort zone. From there, we’ll set up our “first date” on Zoom.

2. Vibe

Put on your party shoes, it’s time to meet! Our 30-minute video call is all about the vibes. I wanna know everything about your wedding or event: your love story, what venue you’ve booked, what flowers you’re hoping to see — all these details help me create a stellar proposal for you. You’ll get a formal quote and a preliminary design in your inbox one week later. Simply sign the contract and pay the initial deposit to reserve your date on my calendar.

3. Design

Now it’s time to make beautiful music together. And by “music,” I mean floral design, of course. This step is honestly 90% of the work, and is based on everything I’ve learned about you and your vision for your wedding. I’ll build out my initial proposal into a full design board and color story, and send ‘em to you for review. We’ll work through the specific flowers, colors, fabrics, textures, and vessels together until you love every single petal. The design will be finalized about 30 days before your event when I place your flower order.

4. Execute

It’s party time! Cheers! Our team will arrive at your venue with buckets of blooms and big-time smiles as we bring our shared floral vision to life. Don’t worry about me — this will be my second or third trip to your venue, so I’ll know my way around, and will work with your wedding coordinator or another point-person to make sure everything comes up roses.

Meet The Florist

I’m Kira, but my guess is you’ll be calling my Ky like my best friends do by the time wedding day arrives. You might think floristry is about choosing tulips over hydrangeas, but to me it’s about getting to know you and your partner on a deeper level so I can bring your version of what’s beautiful to life with flowers. I promise to be the most reliable-yet-laid-back wedding vendor you work with during planning; my job is to bring the joy!

I’d recommend Eclectic Blooms because of their whole process and how closely Kira pays attention to the details. She’s open to hearing your ideas, but will also give you feedback about other options to help bring the vision to life. It was clear that they really knew what they were doing.

What More Can We Tell You?

What areas do you serve?

My floral design studio is based in Annapolis, MD, but I love serving couples throughout the DMV area including those getting married in Baltimore and Washington, D.C.

What if I’m not planning a wedding?

We love to party, no matter what you’re celebrating! Whether you want full-service, partial-service, or micro service, we’d love to arrange flowers for you engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and other special events. Reach out and I’ll help you figure out what would work best for your event.

What goes into your pricing?

Lots of things go into our pricing:

  • The cost of flowers, including the types of blooms, quantity, seasonality, and more.

  • The cost of floral materials such as foam, wire, tape, vessels, and other decor pieces.

  • My years of practice and ongoing investment in education that have made me into the experienced wedding florist I am today.

  • My vision and artistic approach, which is something money can’t really buy.

I have more questions. Where can I go for help?

We have additional information on our FAQ page, or you’re always welcome to contact us.

Pop the Champagne!
